Terms & Conditions


1. ORDER INFORMATION
 
  • Leave a comment or send me an email (modernmommy@gmail.com) and I will get back to you as soon as possible on stock availability. 

  • Reservation is held for a max of 3 DAYS. If no payment is secured by then, I assume that you are no longer interested and any reservation made will be cancelled. 

  • Once order is confirmed, please provide your Name, Contact and Delivery Address where you can be reached. Any re-delivery will be charged accordingly.

 2. PAYMENT
 
  • Please send funds via bank transfer to:

  • Send me an email or (modernmommy@gmail.com) once payment is made. Or WhatsApp the bank receipt to 0122921517

 3. DELIVERY
 
  • Local delivery by courier service is RM8 for WM and RM10 for EM (For items below 1kg only).

  • Deliveries will take place every Tuesday & Thursday. 

  • Please allow up to 3 (Ready Stock) business days unless specified otherwise (Pre Orders) after payment is confirmed, for your order to be delivered.

 4. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
 
  • Orders CANNOT be cancelled or altered once it has been processed AND sent out by courier.
  • You may however arrange for exchanges after you have received your orders. Please read more in EXCHANGES.
  • If in any circumstances on my part, I am unable to fulfill your order, I will refund you your money 100%.

 5. COLOURS AND PRINTS
 
  • Due to differences in color calibration for different computers, the color of the items you see on your monitor may vary from the actual color. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

 6. SIZES
 
  • Please check the relevant size charts before placing an order. If you are between sizes, choose the bigger size. However, if you order an item that does not fit you, contact me to discuss an exchange. Please read more in EXCHANGES.

 7. EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT


  • Exchanges will be accepted for cases of manufacturer's defects on a case by case basis. Exchanges will be honoured only if done so within 3 days from the date of invoice, subject to Written Confirmation. Please check with me for more terms & conditions.
